Information on this this related subject and many others is now available only in commercial format. The available formats are printed books, e-books, non-editable PDF formats and  Power Point presentations. Some copy rights protected data can be downloaded for a set fee.

Since the nature of the Internet has changed dramatically form its inception as an educational source to the its current status, as an a sales, marketing and advertising avenue for enhancing profits, much of the more valuable content has disappeared and commercial ads have taken its place.

Rather than to help the public with the distribution of endless free information, overly generous consultation (that also aids competitors and seekers of totally free information,) this site has become more commercial in order to protect the valuable intellectual copy rights protected property that is now for sale.

It has been a sweet ride for those who have benefited greatly from past generosity, but the glory days of virtually endless free intellectual altruistic content are a probably thing of the more innocent past.

Many thanks have been returned to those who have given many compliments to the site's valuable copy rights protected content. Now it is time for the public to pay the piper now that the free concerts have ended. Processes are now underway to convert the detailed supporting educational; data to sell-able commercial products. There will be more details to follow as an on-line retail store develops.

Continuing along this line no more free phone consultation shall be given. Any detailed information requests will be supplied only with a proper transaction of funds. Your understanding of this important, and necessary policy is appreciated.

Spotlights
* New home construction inspections are available in multiple stages to meet  your needs in monitoring quality issues.

New Home Inspections There are a large number of photos covering time phase based construction. Just follow the link. New Home Inspections

3 phase and 2 phase construction inspections are common. Some people want up to 12 phase inspections. Call for specific details. Inspections are related to timing of the phase at key times. Such timing is 1. before the slab is laid, during the pour, or just after the pour; 2. after the basic framing is complete, after the roof is shingled, after the plumbing is run, after the electrical wiring is installed, before the drywall is installed and 3. before the final walk through.

I will be pleased to help you during the whole process. Here is the information you need.

1st phase > foundation forms in place ready to pour the concrete. This include a special high accuracy level check on the foundation forms. An general analysis of the foundation cable and rebar routing is included.

2nd phase -> before the dry wall goes up. The plumbing, some of the electrical, some of the HVAC should be installed.  The bridging should have been applied and the walls ready for the installation of the drywall covering. Special attention is given to the very common errors of insufficient wall support -bracing-bridging.

3 phase -> before the preliminary walk through. The appliances should be in and all utilities turned on and working. This would including the furnace, hot water heater and connections to all the appliances including the cook top, microwave, vent fans, dryer vents, dishwasher, oven and garbage disposal. The quoted price is based on new construction with the preliminary inspections performed.

Additional trips to the property as desired at minimum $250 each.

Optional equipment such as swimming pools, lawn sprinklers, gas lines, and outbuildings have an extra charge.

You need to supply a phone number and the location with direction from a major intersection (with a red light and on a current map).

* Each customer will get information on books and software to help in estimating home repair costs estimates.
Special foundation analysis is available that would include a drawing designating the various elevations of the slab or floor. These elevations then represent the variations of heights in relation to a single set point.
* Each customer will get information on how  to buy books and software related general home repair issues.
* There lots of extras not listed here. Some are related to the relationship of the buyer to other parties in the transaction.
*  Don't settle for a "minimalist"  / "trainee" or "generalist" type of inspector who uses lots of disclaimers and departure statements. They often have low fees that reflect the quality of their reports and  services. Any good inspector should be able to collect data and be able to analyze it in a scientific method. Don't settle for less.
